  English has become an international language.So,to learn English is necessary.When you meet a foreigner at the street,but you can't talk to him in English. I think it's not permitted. As a Taiwanese who lives in an international country,Taiwan,should have an English facility to go with progressive society.

  I have studied English for several years,and I have some English ability.In spite of that. I have to continue to enable my ability in English. I hope I am going to talk to foreigner from a number of foreign countries in English. It's a destination,not a dream. So I sure I will do my best and fulfill it.
